Finger flip lands Jerseyan in Brazil jail

This incident brings up a whole bunch of issues, including our rights and responsibilities when traveling in foreign lands and whether the fine/punishment was appropriate or excessive.

However, is it really so difficult to be civil? At the age of 55, he ought to know better.
