Speaking of FTP, I came across the website for NcFTP. It's a pretty good enhanced FTP client for UNIX. Well, it has a Windows port now so I tried that out. The Windows port is a bit of an odd duck though. While it retains its classic command-line flavor, it also has a GUI for managing bookmarks! A proper Windows FTP client like WS_FTP, FTP Explorer or FileZilla is a better choice for normal use but I can see NcFTP being useful for scripting certain uploads that I do regularly. So I'll keep it handy.
