Went all the way to the Montauk Point loop and came back. Used $17 of gas but the car was getting 40mpg so it wasn't as much as it could have been. Gas prices were more than 20 cents per gallon higher in Long Island than Northern NJ so it was a good thing that I didn't need to refuel until I was back in NJ.
JMB-48 Belmont Lake Multi (New York)
Belmont Lake State Park in North Babylon. The first stage was rather unusual.
No Exit - H18 (New York)
Southaven Park Canoe Launch in Yaphank. This is one strange place because it is only open until 3:30pm. The last time I drove by this spot, the gate was closed. This time, I went there earlier and was able to enter.
M&M-13 William Floyd Parkway (New York)
Ridge. The trailhead was on the William Floyd Parkway. I thought we weren't supposed to park along the highways but there didn't seem to be a problem here. Long bushwhack.
Mac-14 It's only Rock & Roll (New York)
Sears Bellows Park in Hampton Bays. One lake is Bellows Pond and the other is Sears Pond, hence the name of the park. This park closes at 4pm even during the summer for reasons unknown.
Mac-11 Sag Harbor (New York)
Cedar Point County Park in East Hampton. A walk along a birdwatching trail.
Regard Gerard (New York)
Small beach at the end of a road in East Hampton.

Another small beach at the end of a road in East Hampton.
Lazy Bay Pirate (New York)
Yet another beach at the end of a road in Montauk.
Come Hither (New York)
Hither Hills State Park in Montauk. Long walk but once I reached the sand roads, it was simple. Quite a good view at the end.
