South Jersey Wawa Run (and geocaching)

Went down the Turnpike today and found 11 caches between Lumberton and Sewell. Ordinarily, I'd say that's quite a number but after yesterday's 20 finds, it looks like I've been slacking. :) Anyway, while in South Jersey, I was able to replenish my stock of Wawa iced tea and have a Wawa breaded chicken sandwich so that was good.

I should have known better but on my way home, I followed the NJ Turnpike up through Elizabeth and Jersey City instead of crossing over to the Garden State Parkway. It's actually a little faster this way if everything goes well but you're taking a gamble because there can be serious traffic delays if there is an accident or construction or a problem at one of the NYC bridges/tunnels. Smooth sailing this evening though and the Turnpike odor of the evening is salty, rather like seawater.
