South Jersey (Delaware River side)

It started off a bit cold in the morning but turned out to be a perfect day. Pretty much headed Southwest using a combination of the NJ Turnpike, I-295 and US-130. Found 11 out of 13 caches attempted. Of the remaining two, one I could not find because the brush was superthick and the other is probably not accessible on foot.

Anyway, in the South Jersey Weirdness Department:
  1. In Thorofare by Crown Point Road, I came across a field with broken up and overturned cars arranged in neat rows.

  2. In Pennsville on Route 49, I saw a car with the trunk lid up and someone was riding in the trunk!

Ended the day by getting dinner at Wawa and having it at Riverview Beach Park in Pennsville. Did it that way because that last cache was hidden at the playground and I thought it would be best if I waited until everyone left before retrieving the cache. (This particular park closes at 10pm.) Dinner in the park by flashlight was a novel experience. I should do that again!
