Sussex/Warren

Another nice day to end the 3-day weekend. Started by tackling some caches in Sussex County but after the 4th one, I declared I had enough of the rough and/or steep trails and picked 3 easy ones to finish up. The lakes are pretty nice, especially the one at the "Hike and fish" cache that's a mile-long hike into the middle of nowhere.

Silver Lake's "Snake Boulder" Cache (New Jersey)
Hamburg Mountain WMA in Stockholm. Lots of boulders. Didn't see any snakes, thankfully.

Silver Lake's "On the Slide" cache (New Jersey)
Hamburg Mountain WMA in Stockholm. Lake view.

Silver Lake's "Sleeping Sentinel" Cache (New Jersey)
Hamburg Mountain WMA in Stockholm. Near a large boulder.

hike and fish cache (New Jersey)
Hamburg Mountain WMA in Hamburg. Next to a lake in the middle of nowhere. There's probably a different way there that I'm not seeing, or maybe most people come in by ATV on the ATV trail.

Little Swartzwood Kids Cache (New Jersey)
Swartswood State Park in Newton by Little Swartswood Lake.

FOOTBRIDGE PARK Micro (New Jersey)
Footbridge Park in Blairstown.

Cache with a View (New Jersey)
Scenic overlook off I-80 in Columbia.
