I have absolutely no idea why I'm starting this story, considering I don't have time to give it the attention it deserves. As usual, I'm starting off in a very wordy way. There are a dozen paragraphs alone on the coffee-spilling incident, although I hope to weave it into some kind of symbolism later. :)
Vim is working pretty well for bashing out text this time around. Last year, there was an annoying bug where the cursor would occasionally land in the incorrect place if text got moved around during an auto-format. That bug was fixed in a patch somewhere between Vim 6.2 and 6.3. I guess I could use a proper word processor for this but I've come to rely too much on Vim's word and phrase completion.
