This evening, I took the latest Adblock filter from this collection and converted it by hand into a PAC file for use with K-Meleon. I should probably write a script to do that conversion because it's likely that the maintainer will update the filter. Here's the thing about K-Meleon: unlike Firefox, you don't get the nifty stuff packaged in extensions, so you have to hack it yourself. But that's also what makes it interesting.

I also got a new desk lamp at Staples this evening. Surprisingly, they had two kinds of lamps that would work in the space I have for it. I purchased the cheaper (and simpler) one of the two.
