Uphill both ways

Someone was driving slowly in the middle of Route 17. So I got into the passing lane. As I overtook the station wagon, I glanced over to see who it was. She was a nun talking on a cellphone. And no hands-free set either. She was just holding it up to the side of her nun's headdress. Oh excuse me, Sister Cingular!

This evening's excursion was to the Don't Tell a Soul geocache. It is located in Mountainside Park in Pequannock. As often happens, I took the wrong trail. This wrong trail, which was actually a gas pipeline cut, went way up the hill so I got a bit more exercise than intended. After realizing my mistake, I bushwhacked to the cache, cutting through the undergrowth, which thankfully wasn't too dense yet.

After that, I went to the Quizno's in Ramsey. Unlike the Quizno's in Hillsdale, they haven't yet told me to pay for refills. And the manager, who looks like a younger Art Bell, is pretty nice and talks to customers often. (though not about UFOs and OOBEs :) ) The only potential problem is the restaurant has no parking lot. But if I go there at all, it'll be at night, so finding street parking should not be difficult.
