And now for something much more trivial: I went to Staples to get some staples. (Go figure.) I know I haven't been shopping for office supplies in quite a while, but I was surprised that I could get 25,000 staples for only $3. Now, if you could come up with something fun to do with staples, that'd be a lot cheaper than going to the movies or driving out anywhere. Of course, what's likely to happen is by the time I finish using up the first pack of 5,000 staples, I'd have forgotten where I put the other 20,000 staples.
And now for something even more trivial than that:
1. What kind of lighting is around you?
Just this little desk lamp next to the monitor.
2. What do you think of your singing voice?
What singing voice?
3. Who do you try to please?
Shouldn't that be "whom"? As for the question... ah, I don't even know any more. If I'm happy with the result, that's plenty these days.
4. Describe your last dream:
I had a dream where gold went up past $460/oz. Then I woke up and saw that it had already happened.
5. When is the last time you bought flowers?
I don't remember.
Do you have a dream you will always strive to achieve until your dying day?
Do you believe in fate or free will, or something else?
Fate is an excuse for bumbling along, not planning for anything, until something comes along and does you in.
Marilyn Monroe. Conspiracy or tragic accident?
Favourite childhood sweets/candy?
Ice cream of some kind, I think.
Favourite cocktail (alcoholic or virgin) and it's ingredients?
That one with the watermelon juice and no alcohol. What do you call it? Oh... watermelon juice! :)
