Atlantic City has wind power now? I saw some wind turbines near US-30 on my way in.
Of course, part of the route involved going down Pacific Avenue through the casino part of town. It's funny how many "Cash For Gold" signs there are near the casinos. There had to be two or three of those per casino! That's the way to ruination, definitely.
Why don't the casinos put out banners advertising their buffets? The only casino I saw with an ad mentioning food was Sands and it was a billboard ad along US-30. I don't care about blackjack, roulette, or the entertainer performing in their lounge, but good food may entice me to park and go inside. And I may even play the slot machines a couple of times. (The last time I played slot machines was at Six Flags. I won a cup of tokens, which was enough to get a bag of plastic frogs. So for a while, I was going around leaving one frog in each geocache like a signature item. But I digress.)
The last cache I tried was in Ocean City. I didn't get to make the find because the police drove up onto the boardwalk and the officer said that I looked suspicious and was scaring the locals shitless. (Well, not in those exact words but that's the gist of it.) Geez, some people. So I just left that one alone and went to dinner. (Arby's in Northfield)
