Then I went to St. Mary's Parish Fair just up the street for the mascot gig.
When I got home, I finally got a chance to try the Gyration mouse. It had been recharging all day and was ready for use. Waving the mouse in the air to move the cursor is pretty cool and it works better than I thought it would because a small flick of the wrist is all you need to send the cursor across the screen. Obviously though, it will take a bit of practice to position the cursor on some of the smaller areas on the screen. Now all I need is a way to project the screen image onto the ceiling. Then I will be able to use the computer while lying down in bed, the ultimate in laziness.
