Rocks and Oranges

Went to Rockland and Orange Counties in NY State today, with side trips to Ulster County and Pike County. (Pennsylvania) I hadn't been to that region in a few months, so there were quite a number of new geocaches. Even enough to make a second trip tomorrow. It rained from morning to early afternoon. However, the first few geocaches were in open areas around Stony Point and Haverstraw, so I brought an umbrella to each of those. After the rain, it turned into a pretty nice afternoon, although perhaps a bit warmer than I'd have preferred.

After 12 geocaches, the sun set. But I hopped over to Pennsylvania anyway and did 5 quick geocaches in the dark. The last geocache was near the Apple Valley Restaurant in Milford, PA. However, I took a look at the menu and decided that I wasn't in the mood for a sitdown restaurant with typical family-restaurant style food. So I went to Arby's in Middletown for dinner.
