okayWent to Oritani Savings Bank to deposit some checks this afternoon. They have a very convenient location nearby (3 branches in my area!) so that's where I went. Must be a quiet day. I was the only one there and it took all of a minute to record my deposit.
Back on December 31, I went to the Quogue Wildlife Refuge in Eastern Long Island to find a geocache. That's where I took the pictures of the fox in my userpics. At the end of my visit, I placed some money in the donation box at the entrance. This hit and two others just came in today. Very nice although perhaps they don't empty the box too often.
Some snow today but not much stuck until the evening when temperatures dropped. More snow is expected Tuesday night.
