Central Jersey II

Sunny. 43-54°F. 2nd trip to Central Jersey this weekend to do the remaining geocaches I couldn't get to yesterday. Today's higher temperature made quite a difference. Most of the snow in open areas had melted away. However, I noticed that the ground was still frozen solid in wooded areas so I made an attempt on "DIP II", a swamp cache located in Duke Island Park. As I thought, it was an easy walk through an area that would be muddy and waterlogged in any other season. Nice.

The last two caches were on the Rutgers University campus. I had some trouble navigating to "The FirstAid Geocache". The roads didn't match the map at all so I'm wondering if Rutgers rebuilt the area recently. After that, I was only a few miles from Edison so I went to Penang Malaysian restaurant for dinner. Just like last week, I had the Chinese New Year special. They're only doing this until the 15th day of the new year so next weekend may be my last chance until next year. However, I'm thinking of going to Flushing Chinatown next Sunday instead.
