Ran some errands this afternoon. One of the things I did was get some postcards for Postcrossing at Travel Mart in the Garden State Parkway rest area near home. It was a frustrating experience. I bought 30 postcards. At 3 cards for a dollar, those would be $10. With a 7% state sales tax, it comes out to $10.70. Anyone with an elementary school education can do this math in his head, right? So why did the two cashiers on duty at the time come up with two wrong answers on the cash register? I should've taken their first wrong answer because it was under, but I had to be honest and I told them to try again. I ended up having to tell them the amount.

From Friday5.org:
1. What's something you know how to draw?
Water? Blood? Oh wait, you didn't mean that kind of "draw". :)
2. Who's someone you could get away with impersonating?
I don't really look like anyone here. Chances of getting away with it are higher in Flushing Chinatown. :)
3. Where's the stapler?
Right here... hey, where is it?
4. Why will this be a great weekend?
I don't know but it usually turns out pretty good.
5. When are you going to make that phone call you've been putting off?
I don't have any calls I need to make now.
