Back to NJ Tour II - Bowling Away the Summertime Blues

Sunny and 90-95°F, but it wasn't hot or humid where I went. I attended the Bowling Away the Summertime Blues geocaching event at Laurel Lanes in Maple Shade. This is the bowling alley closest to FA: United 2010 so I've seen it before and even been there for a geocache. The event was quite a bargain. First, we had free food at Brewster's Pub. (in the same building as the bowling alley) It's typical bar food, i.e. deep fried and greasy, but I thought the chicken wings were nice and hey, free food! After lunch, bowling was a mere $8 for two hours, including shoe rental. One of the event organizers works at the bowling alley, so I wouldn't be surprised if that was a special group rate. I was on a lane of only 3 people so we were fast and squeezed 3 games in.

After the event, I went out in the heat and humidity, and geocached around Cherry Hill, Collingswood, and Audubon before heading for home.
