Western Chester County, Atglen

Sunny, 75°F. Because I got home so late last night, I had a late start this morning. Also, I decided it was a good day to do some spring cleaning, mostly scrubbing the kitchen and bathroom floors. So it was 4pm by the time I left home.

I targeted a set of new geocaches off the Route 41 corridor in western Chester County, heading towards Gap. For the most part, it went okay, except at "Beautiful View", where cell phone reception was so bad that I had to drive to town to read the online geocache logs and back again later in the evening to find the cache. (Coordinates were off by about 60 feet!)

"A Tasty Discovery!" was next to an ice cream place in West Grove. Since it was a warm-enough day, I decided to get a mint chip ice cream. Then I found out that the fellow in the store was the one who placed the geocache! Hah. Neat. He gave me a geocaching discount too.
