East Coast Earthquake

There was a magnitude 5.8 earthquake this afternoon. The epicenter was in Virginia but we felt it here in Northern Delaware and I've heard from folks up and down the east coast who felt it too. It wasn't that bad. Just a bit of a roller coaster ride for a few seconds because the building was shaking. Since I haven't lived anywhere with any seismic activity to speak of before, it's my first earthquake! The last one that took place anywhere near me was a small earthquake in Ringwood back in 1996 but I didn't notice that one when it happened.
